This small two-story inn is run by an ex-Detroit policeman and his good lady. Originally from Inagua, Leon Ford spent some 20 years in the Motor City before returning to his homeland. This is one of the best places to stay in the islands. The two-story, block-built inn boasts five brightly decorated rooms. They share modern bathrooms and a comfortable sitting room with satellite TV and a spacious balcony. The only meal they offer is breakfast, but it’s served in an atmosphere that rivals the traditional bed & breakfast inns of Europe. The inn is closed March through July.
